Mr. Atul Goel, Managing Director, E-City Ventures. Mr. Goel has an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird, and for the last twelve years has been closely involved in the growth of E-City Ventures.

Mr. Goel is actively involved in service strategy and expansion policy initiatives. He has successfully completed three million square feet of retail real estate developments and has commenced operations in approximately one million square feet to run cinema operations. Through these successful ventures, he has thus gained development and operations expertise, as well as a superior knowledge of the Indian real estate industry.

Mr. Srijit Mullick, Chief Financial Officer, E-City Ventures. Mr. Mullick is a Chartered and Cost Accountant with more than 33 years of experience in the areas of financial management, including strategy and planning, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, accounts, treasury operations, costing, taxation, systems and procedures, budgeting, management information systems, cost control, and performance monitoring. His previous assignments have been with BPL Mobile Communications and Shaw Wallace and Company Limited.

Mr. Vivek Agarwal, Chief Officer, Asset Management, E-City Ventures. An MBA in marketing, a graduate in law, and with an industry experience of more than 27 years, he has been with E-City Ventures for 12 years and is actively involved in the strategic decisions, acquisitions, viability, development and leasing of retail realty projects in Lucknow, Coimbatore and Kanpur. His repertoire of knowledge is vast in the fields of legal issues, land dealings, statutory permissions, government liasoning, project implementation and management.

Mr. Girish Pande,Chief Operating Officer, EPMS. He has done his masters in Sociology and Hotel Management from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow. Having more than 25 years of varied experience in hospitality, cinema exhibition and real estate, he has been instrumental in setting up a mall management vertical for E-City Ventures. His previous assignments have been with the hospitality groups like Hyatt, Cidade de Goa and Mahindra Holidays.

In addition, he holds the portfolio of Human Capital for E-City Ventures.

Mr. Shirish Handa, Mr. Shirish Handa, Senior Vice President, Marketing. A post graduate in Business Management, Mr Handa has over 16 years of experience spanning Advertising, Strategic Design and now Retail. He has been instrumental in giving form to E-City Ventures and its consumer brands utilizing his expertise in the area of Brand Identity development. In 2007, he set up a central Marcom structure to manage the diverse all-India communication requirements of all the different ventures.

Currently, he drives channel sales, alliances & promotions and e-commerce for the cinema business. Alongside, he manages Fun Rewards - India's largest cinema loyalty program.

Mr. Chandresh Daftary, Senior Vice President, E-City Digital. He is a post graduate from Mumbai University has excelled in the field of finance. Having more than 15 years of experience overall, he has been instrumental in mobilizing funding for E-City Ventures. Currently, he is leading E-City’s foray into Digital Cinemas by forging technological and business alliances. His previous assignment has been with the entertainment giant ZEEL.

Mr. Anand Vishal, Senior Vice President, Operations and Ad Sales. He has more than 17 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for the media and entertainment industry. Recently, in line with his strengths, he has been assigned the role of overseeing the entire operations of the cinema business. He has successfully set up the media solutions vertical focusing on the on-screen & ambient media opportunities. His previous assignments have been with TATA Tea, Reliance Telecom, PVR Cinemas and India Habitat Center.
